Let’s Talk about the Role
You as Social Media & Content Coordinator will support the team in delivering engaging content using data-driven insights to drive impact and in shaping our digital storytelling, ensuring all content not only aligns with our brand strategy and guidelines but also fuels engagement across social media, and digital marketing channels, strengthens brand equity, and boosts conversions across eCommerce .
How You Will Make a Difference
Content Production & Execution
Support content production for digital channels, including eCommerce, newsletters, and paid campaigns.
Assit in adapting brand narratives to different channels, ensuring relevance and impact.
Help coordinate campaign briefs and oversee content creation from concept to execution.
Social Media-First Approach
Assist in the creation of engaging, platform-native content for social media and the adaptation of existing no-platform-native content.
Coordinate with the social media agency to execute the social media plan effectively.
Track performance metrics and optimize content to drive engagement and build a strong, engaged community.
Art Direction & Storytelling
Contribute creative ideas for content production, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling.
Maintain a deep understanding of storytelling techniques and brand identity.
Explore opportunities for AI integration in content ideation and creation processes.
User Experience & Copywriting
Ensure content aligns with UX best practices and enhances the online customer journey.
Help review and adapt copywriting to match brand tone of voice (TOV) and channel needs.
Support the adaptation of messaging according to funnel stages and placement requirements.
Skills for Success
2-4 years of experience in digital content production, social media, and brand marketing, with a focus on driving engagement and conversion.
Experience supporting content production and collaborating with external partners.
Strong visual storytelling skills and creativity.
Strong understanding of brand storytelling, digital trends, and audience engagement strategies.
Experience coordinating campaign briefs, shoots, and agency partnerships.
Strong grasp of UX principles and customer journey mapping.
Previous experience with AI tools for content production would be a plus. Curiosity for AI integration and innovation in content creation is highly valued.
Ability to balance creativity with data insights to optimize content effectiveness.
Experience working with consumer brands.
Analytical skills with an understanding of digital and content-related KPIs to inform strategy and optimize performance.
Strong understanding of the marketing funnel.
