Position Summary
As a Legal eCommerce & Digital Marketing Intern you will be supporting Senior Counsel, eCommerce to provide legal advice to Nestlé on e-commerce and digital marketing projects, including generative AI. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across the globe and focus on digital regulations.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing and generative AI, and who is eager to learn and contribute to our team while gaining valuable experience in this dynamic field.
A Day in the Life of a Legal eCommerce & Digital Marketing Intern
- Assisting in drafting legal guidance, templates, and training materials on e-commerce and digital marketing, including the use of generative AI in marketing
- Preparing summaries and legal reviews of key legal developments in the relevant fields
- Organizing the eCommerce Law Quarterly Calls and preparing the eCommerce Law Newsletters to share insights and updates across the organization
- Assisting in the organization of e-commerce legal workshops for relevant internal stakeholders
What will make you successful
- A Master’s degree in Law with a focus on e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields. EU law knowledge is a plus
- Prior experience as an in-house intern or within a law firm is a plus
- Proficiency in both oral and written English and another language; French is a plus
- Ability to synthesize complex legal concepts into clear and actionable guidance
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
