The Opportunity
As Junior Sales Manager, you are in charge of developing new business opportunities with new clients with a main focus on medium & large businesses. You are responsible for the development of a new client portfolio in Western Switzerland (Suisse Romande). You support and advise these businesses on their payment needs & solutions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the development of a new client portfolio within Swiss French region .
- You support and advise these businesses on their payment needs & solutions (Face 2 Face + E-com).
- You visit on a regular basis medium and large sized prospects to develop new business opportunities.
- You reach out actively to potential prospects via cold calling, based on data base research.
- You also follow-up on leads received via other channels.
- You negotiate, and close deals You participate in networking events
Who Are We Looking For

- You have preferably a Bachelor degree in a relevant field, or equivalent by experience
- Fluent in French and English, German is a plus.
- You are a passionate about sales, equipped with the perseverance and resilience needed to achieve success
- Administration preciseness & follow-up of your sales activities is a key ability
- Result driven team player
- Ability to work on own initiative and stick to tight deadlines Strong communication skills
