Job Description
Manage client reports across all entities of the Group with respect to Mirabaud guidelines and standards, in a timely manner and given deadlines :
- Establish and structure investment proposals for prospects and existing clients of the Group
- Provide portfolio overviews on a monthly, quarterly, yearly basis or on demand
- Develop highly customized reports for marketing purposes and client meetings
- Produce consolidated reports with data obtained from different sources such as banks, family offices or other providers
- Brief and debrief with Relationship Managers related to client meetings
Ensure consistency of data, respect of legal and marketing guidelines :
- Conduct appropriate controls and reporting processes to reduce risks and error rates
- Interaction in a regular basis with the experts in the different departments of the bank
- Update and organization of the library of documents produced
- Participate in the implementation, development and testing of the new client reports
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree;
- 5-10 years' experience within a bank in Switzerland, in a similar function;
- Very good understanding of financial instruments;
- Strong interest in financial markets;
- Excellent analytical skills, accuracy, attention to details and well organised;
- Excellent time management, able to perform well under pressure;
- Strong team spirit;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written), good command of French, any other language (Portuguese, Spanish German) is an asset.
