The Position
Join our team at Roche as an Intern in Global Clinical Artwork Management, where you'll be part of a collaborative group committed to innovating and optimizing clinical trial packaging. You'll design label artwork for a global portfolio of Investigational Medicinal Products and ensure compliance with international regulations, working closely with local representatives. The Opportunity
In this role, you will become an essential part of our team, contributing to the end-to-end process of clinical label creation and ensuring compliance with global standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
Create and revise labeling artwork for Investigational Medicinal Products and ensure all medical, legal, and regulatory requirements are met.
Manage the clinical label life cycle for various label types, such as booklet labels, single panel labels, shelf-life extension labels, and unique labels.
Proofread labeling artwork and incoming proofs from Contract Manufacturing Organizations to ensure accuracy.
Represent the label team in cross-functional and production meetings and projects, collaborating with internal groups and external suppliers.
Participate in and sometimes lead global and local projects and kaizens to optimize clinical supply processes.
Communicate timelines and provide project updates to customers, global manufacturing sites, and business partners.
Drive and lead issue resolution in the label creation process with the label print room, external vendors, and key stakeholders.
Monitor and implement changes in labeling regulations from domestic and global agencies to ensure compliance.
Who you are
You are enrolled or have completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s studies, preferably in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical or Supply Chain Management within the last 12 months and are interested in applying your knowledge as part of an internship.
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, or in supply chain management is preferred
You possess a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical supply chain and clinical packaging processes
Excellent English skills are required and basic German skills are beneficial
You bring valuable qualifications such as APICS and/or SCOR certification or equivalent relevant experience as well as Project Management Professional, Operational Excellence, Six Sigma, or Lean training is a plus
Experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning systems and labeling creation software, such as Prisym ID or Loftware are preferred
