Off-cycle Intern (Pipeline)

Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Corporate & Institutional Clients (CIC) business in Switzerland. You’ll get to:

• support sales managers and solutions experts in their day-to-day work, including onboarding of new client relationships and coordination with internal stakeholders by applying project management skills
• enhance your presentation skills with digital technologies
• maintain relationships with internal and external clients
• build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy

You’ll be working in the (CIC) Asset Servicing Global Wealth Management team. Asset Servicing provides clients with a wide range of advisory, infrastructure and investment reporting services from a single source tailored to Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients, Global Family Office (GFO), Financial Intermediaries and Institutional Clients around the world.

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• is a fast learner who can also work independently and implement new ways of working efficiently
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• is fluent in German and proficient in English, additional languages are a plus

This paid internship will last six months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
