- Value Analysis of Key Components: Identify high-cost parts, analyze their function, and propose simpler or cheaper alternatives.
- Competitive Benchmarking: Study competing products to find cost-effective design ideas through reverse-engineering and comparison.
- Manufacturing Process Optimization: Map current processes, assess cost drivers, and suggest quick-win optimization or new methods.
- Component Standardization: Propose a standardization approach to reduce unique parts and overall product costs.
- Internal Design to Cost Guide Development: Create a simple handbook with best practices, tools, and checklists based on project findings.

You Will Fit Perfectly Into Our Team If
- You have a first practice of Project Manager / Leader activities.
- You currently studies Master’s degree in Project Management, Strategic Procurement, Supply Chain / Supply Chain Management Certification or Project Management Certification is a plus
- You have project management and procurement practices appetency
- You have advanced data analytics and algorithmic skills
