Key Responsibilities
Execute daily site merchandising tasks (e.g., categorization, sorting, filters, product recommendation, badges).
Conduct weekly audits to ensure pricing, categorization, copy, and merchandising accuracy.
Review inventory and coordinate product holds to support availability needs.
Create promotional assortment lists and set up and validate markdowns.
Ensure promo pages are live, linked correctly, and optimized.
Contribute to weekly sales reviews and post-promo performance analysis.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities at category and SKU level.
Recommend actions to boost product visibility, conversion, and UX.
Collaborate with Content, CRM, Buying, Media and Country teams for campaign execution.
Support emails, homepage and landing page updates with strategic product selections and linking strategy.
Participate in trade meetings and cross-functional syncs, sharing updates, insights, and recommendations.
Skills & Experience Required
3+ years in eCommerce management, merchandising or trade.
Strong attention to detail and a structured, hands-on work style.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a must.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio, Incorta).
Understanding of digital consumer behavior and merchandising KPIs.
Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury is a plus.
Fluent in English; any additional European language is a plus.
