Then join our Business Enablement Team in Data, Analytics & Research - for 8-12 months, based in Rotkreuz or Basel, starting from January 2026.

• Gaining experience in Business Management and the future of Data, Analytics & Research in digital healthcare

• Working closely with senior management and support critical business operations

• Participating in agile project teams, contributing to organizational and product development

• Exposuring to an international working environment for professional growth

• Developing coaching, consulting, project management, and analytical skills across a broad business scope

• Handling project management tasks, including planning, process development, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration

• Supporting key initiatives through preparation of proposals, analyses, meeting materials, and timely reporting

• Currently a student or recent graduate in Business Administration or a related field

• Curious, creative, and open to rethinking ways of working

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a system-thinking approach

• Team player, highly collaborative, autonomous, and responsible in a diverse environment

• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex topics in a customer-oriented way

• Comfortable executing tasks virtually or remotely in a global, dynamic environment

• Fluent in English with a positive, motivated, can-do attitude
