Discover Impactful Work:
The HR Manager partners with business leaders to support critical HR initiatives, translating business strategy into HR strategy, plans, and solutions. This role is essential for driving HR processes, policies, and sophisticated employee matters.
A day in the Life:
- Provide expert guidance on HR processes and policies.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop strategic HR roadmaps.
- Lead talent management strategies in partnership with senior leadership
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including performance management, career development, and recognition programs.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking and performance-based incentives.
- Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
- Stay updated with current industry trends and effective strategies to consistently improve HR processes and programs.
Keys to Success:
Education

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in a complex matrixed organization.

Demonstrated experience in Human Resources, handling diverse and complex HR responsibilities.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Detailed understanding of HR practices and Swiss employment laws.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in German, French and English language
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Influence and coach leaders and employees to achieve desired outcomes.
- Analyse HR data and trends and recommend proactive solutions
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
- Ability to work in a standard office environment.
