This newly created position will act as a strategic and operational interface between the Pharma Content Lab, global affiliates, and the Global Digital Hub (GDH), shaping and executing digital marketing and service delivery for our Pharmaceutical business.
Strategic & Operational Interface: Act as the key link between the Pharma Content Lab, global affiliates, and the Global Digital Hub (GDH), shaping and executing digital marketing and service delivery for Pharma.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead engagement with global Pharma stakeholders, ensuring digital offerings meet evolving commercial and medical needs. Oversee service performance, manage agency partners, and ensure financial oversight.
Innovation & Collaboration: Drive the scaling of next-generation digital solutions (e.g., GenAI) and collaborate with Lab leadership, delivery teams, and partners to deliver world-class content and services across 140+ affiliates.
GDH & Lab Leadership: Serve as a bridge between the GDH and Lab leadership teams, representing Pharma's needs within the GDH and ensuring Lab innovations are well-represented.
Single Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for all Pharma stakeholders within the Lab ecosystem, aligning expectations and integrating evolving needs.
Strategic Translation: Convert commercial, medical, and affiliate strategic needs into scalable, efficient, and impactful service solutions.
Team & Service Oversight: Lead a team of Service Delivery Managers, ensuring high service performance, quality, and value creation.
Partner Management: Collaborate with external delivery partners and agencies for high-quality execution, governance, and cost optimization.
Financial & Communication: Manage financial oversight (cost, budget, charging models) and ensure consistent, transparent stakeholder communication.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, integrating feedback and innovation, including GenAI.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Digital, Life Sciences, or related field.
15+ years of experience in service delivery, digital content operations, or stakeholder engagement, ideally within life sciences or shared services. Familiarity with content platforms (e.g., Veeva, AEM, DAM) and Pharma business processes.
Strategic & Influential Leader: Proven track record in delivering high-quality digital/operational services in complex environments.
Global Stakeholder Management: Confident in managing global Pharma commercial and medical stakeholders, translating needs into solutions.
Operational & Detail-Oriented: Strong operational skills, able to drive governance, accountability, and continuous service improvement.
