Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities within the Controlling Team
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Swiss OR and IFRS standards
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of VAT declarations and other regulatory filings
- Assist in the coordination and execution of internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with group policies and local regulations
Business & Financial Controlling:
- Conduct detailed revenue and cost analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare and deliver regular management reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior leadership
- Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Treasury & Procurement Controlling:
- Manage cash flow forecasting and funding requests in coordination with group treasury
- Oversee procurement processes, including Purchase Order accruals and Coupa system support
- Ensure alignment of procurement activities with financial planning and reporting
Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Contribute to the development of the annual business plan and quarterly forecasts
- Collaborate with business units to gather inputs and validate assumptions
- Analyze deviations between actuals and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations
Process Optimization & Digitalization:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate finance and administrative processes
- Support the implementation of digital tools and best practices across the finance function
- Ensure continuous improvement in reporting accuracy, speed, and transparency
Project Leadership & Integration
- Lead finance-related integration projects within the Swiss shared service organization
- Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions
- Support change management and training initiatives during system or process rollout
Qualifications
Your Profile
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in accounting or controlling
• Strong knowledge of statutory accounting and IFRS
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX), Cognos Controller, Coupa is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Analytical, structured, and proactive mindset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English and German; French is a plus
