Within Allseas, Business Finance is the department which is designed to bridge the gap between financial expertise and operational execution. We work side-by-side with business across functions—such as Operations, Commercial, Innovations, Projects, Information Technologies, Human Resources—to translate their strategy into financial plans, build and maintain controlling budgets, support them with business cases, data analytics and insights for decision making, as well, as E2E process enhancements.

Your role
Allseas is a world-leading contractor in the offshore energy market, with dynamism, rapid progress and pioneering You will be vital part of the Business Finance department, which is a new and fast developing team within Allseas. Out team consists of 12 finance-business experts who work in an inclusive and collaborative atmosphere. You will report to the Manager Finance Business Partnering.
Your main focus will be on the business partnering with the Overheads budget owners, including Vice-Presidents of various functions. You will support Allseas to achieve its objectives, to make strategic choices with a positive impact on our people, projects, processes, business and financial results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead financial cycles (budget, forecast, actuals) in close collaboration with Overheads budget owners.
- Deliver actionable insights through data analytics and business cases to support strategic decision-making.
- Challenge the status quo, identify cost and cash effectiveness opportunities and lead implementation initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR to guide workforce planning, headcount analysis, and organizational design.
- In close collaboration with the other Finance Business Partners lead the development of integrated and value-added reporting to the management.
- Safeguard data integrity and compliance to financial standards and accounting policies.
- Enhance end-to-end (E2E) processes related to overheads cost management and partner with ERP project team for implementation.
What we expect from you
You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality. Comfortable with complexity, you balance analytical sharpness with strong interpersonal skills. You are not just a numbers person—you’re a business partner who drives results.
You have:
- A bachelor or master’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in Business Controlling or Finance Business Partnering in an international environment.
- Proficiency (or strong interest) in data analytics tools such as Power BI, and familiarity with programming languages is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Swiss or Dutch is preferred.
- Flexibility for occasional short business trips.
