Job description:

1. Overall Responsibilities /Zweck der Stelle

• Support of the EHS team in the development, training and implementation of processes and work instructions.

• Assisting with the implementation control (inspections, audits) of the developed work instructions and processes.

2. Position Duties and Responsibilities/ Beschrieb von Aufgaben – und Verantwortungsgebiet

• Collaboration in updating and introducing internal EHS guidelines and processes

• Collaboration in the further development and implementation of the plant wide EHS communication program (German & English)

• Administrative work for EHS (e.g. preparation of meetings and training)

• Support in site evaluation, data acquisition and processing of various key topics (e.g. ergonomics, chemical safety, machine safety, industrial hygiene, etc.) in independent project work

• Support of the EHS department in reporting key performance indicators

• Collaboration in updating and supplementing the plant's internal emergency documentation

• Participation in preparatory work for upcoming audits (ISO 14001 environmental management system, Johnson & Johnson EHS audits)

3. Job Profile/ Anforderungsprofil

Education Requirements:/ Berufliche Ausbildung:

• Study with advantage in technology, natural or health sciences (internship during studies or max. 12 months after graduation)

Further Education (if applicable):/ Ergänzende Ausbildung (falls zutreffend):

• Knowledge and/or experience in the areas of occupational safety, health and environmental management preferred.

• Good computer skills with MS Office

• open minded team player, ability to work within a matrix organisation

• Organizational skills – generate all required reports & record keeping systems

• Ability to quickly interpret complex regulatory issues and provide recommended course of action.
