Job Description Summary
We’re a team of dedicated and smart people united by a drive to achieve together.You will be responsible for leading all ERC Resilience processes across Biomedical Research and Development to safeguard R&D performance by ensuring a consistently high level of preparedness for crises and disruptions across the R&D continuum.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all ERC resilience processes (e.g., BC, NEM, CARBON, NOVID) across R&D (Biomedical Research and Development).
- Support R&D stakeholders to create and maintain effective Business Continuity Plans – ensure interdependencies between teams are defined and managed.
- Provide direct oversight and support to all Biomedical Research sites to meet NEM controls and preparedness requirements.
- Lead all BC and NEM exercises for Biomedical Research and Development sites and functions (function specific and cross functional); ensure learnings captured, shared, and actions taken to continuously improve preparedness.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to resolve issues for live NEM cases.
Essential Criteria:
- Extensive experience in Pharmaceutical Operations (e.g., Operations, Biomedical Research, Development).
- Track record in understanding, simplifying, and improving complex processes.
- Understanding of IT systems with demonstrated ability to incorporate this understanding into achieving operational / business objectives.
- Results driven, with track record of efficiently delivering tangible / quantifiable impact on a broad set of objectives.
- Fluency in English

- Risk / crises management or related experience.
