Job Description:
Provide hands-on break-fix support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot, install, and configure Windows and/or Mac OS, including both hardware and software issues.
Perform upgrades, patching, imaging, and deployment of end-user systems.
Deliver deskside and remote technical support for employees, ensuring minimal downtime.
Require 2–3 years of experience in roles such as Desktop Support, Deskside, IT Support, IT Manager, ServiceDesk, Desktop Support, IT Helpdesk, IT Technician or Similar
