We are looking for a visionary colleague to step into the role of Deputy Vice President HR Transformation. As a partner to the CHRO and the HR Leadership Teams, you won’t just influence HR - you’ll help shape the fabric of the organization. You’ll bridge strategic intent with human impact, connecting the dots between HR strategy and enterprise-wide transformation. You’ll work closely with colleagues across HR, the Strategy & M&A team, the Transformation Office, and senior leaders across functions to ensure that people, culture, and leadership are at the heart of every bold move we make.


A job that matters: Your Tasks


  • Shape and evolve the new People & HR strategy in alignment with business priorities. Bring outside-in perspective to the strategy process. Break down ambition into maturity phases, relevant to dormakaba.

  • Partner with Strategy, M&A, and Transformation Management Office to be at the pulse of business growth plans.

  • Support the HRLT in prioritizing and sequencing transformation initiatives and drive the end-to-end HR strategy roadmap.

  • Lead strategic reviews and assess health of ongoing transformation programs, including financial analysis and risk assessment with your colleagues in partner functions.

  • Make data-driven recommendations, leveraging insights of our analytics team.

  • Support the evolution of our HR operating model, as we leverage digitization, AI, and new ways of working to modernize HR.

  • Champion continuous improvement with actionable tools and practices. Work in close partnership with our People Development team to infuse practices into our own HR growth & future skills development.

  • Lead change management for HR and cross-functional initiatives.

  • Serve as a catalyst for cultural evolution and organizational agility.


An experience that matters: Your Skills


  • University degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or any related field

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in Transformation, or Strategy / Consulting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.

  • Proven track record in leading complex transformation programs across an enterprise.

  • Deep understanding of operating models, talent strategies, digital HR, and organizational change.

  • Experience collaborating with senior business and functional leaders across diverse geographies and business models

  • Fluency in English
