We are looking for a Deputy Manager in our store located in Manor Sargans (Grossfeldstrasse, 7320 Sargans, Suíça).

Job Description – Duties:

The Deputy Manager takes care of the lead and optimal management of his store and his collaborators, motivating his team towards the achievement of a common commercial goal.

Main Responsibilities:

- Guarantee the knowledge of business objectives and the growth of the performance indicators (KPI).

- Ensure levels of excellence in terms of customer service and the growth of omnichannel sales in stores and customer acquisition.

- Analyze and interpret all power BI sales reports, ensuring that all team members are aligned with regard to store performance and possible areas for improvement.

- Contribute for the implementation of commercial and product strategies established by the company and shared through the direct manager, as well as compliance with visual merchandising indications and correct store image, in organization, profiling, replenishment and cleaning of the store, the correct product display, permanent display and new collection, adapting the product display in the store when necessary, always with the approval of the area manager and support from the VM.

- Collaborate doing benchmarking, ONLINE and OFFLINE, with competitors/functional colleagues from other brands and even with customers in store, analyzing feedback and product, reporting to area manager.

- Collaborate and ensure with HR support, the attraction and selection and development of talent for the store. Manage the different profiles of the team in a positive and productive way. Collaborate in the selection processes, conducting interviews and evaluating the profile.

- Ensure the correct and effective management of the team, resolve existing conflicts, with support from AM and zone HR, the implementation of the schedules for the store (according to the AM's guidelines), floor management, picks, vacations.

- Ensure implementation together with the zone HR and AM, an effective management of working hours (FTE) in the store, complying with legal rules and approved budget.

- Control and ensure the knowledge of the brand's internal procedures (that impact the store - wiki), the store's defined schedule (opening and closing), the cash control – the cash closures, deposits, stock management and breakage, consumables – ensuring a correct management of time and priorities.

- Securing and communicating all incidences that occur in store: team, store, visual merchandinsing product, LED's, maintenance, warehouse, etc. (using the correct channels for this purpose) and that may negatively affect the store image.

- Execute, control and coordinate the planning of the employee’s working hours based on the trend of the activity and sales peaks and their registration in the company management applications (PISO).
