We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Customer Value Manager to join our Customer & Value Growth Team, focusing on driving revenue growth through up-selling, cross-selling, and innovative pricing strategies. This role collaborates with sales, product, and marketing teams to craft bundled offers that enhance FMC adoption, tracks key performance metrics like ARPU, and identifies opportunities for revenue monetization in core and ICT business areas. The ideal candidate combines analytical acumen with a creative mindset to implement impactful customer value initiatives.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Revenue Growth Planning: Lead revenue growth planning and alignment with sales objectives through strategic pricing, up-selling, and cross-selling initiatives
- Bundled Offer Strategy: Collaborate with sales, product teams, and campaign managers to design, launch, and evaluate the effectiveness of bundled offers aimed at increasing FMC adoption
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track performance metrics and key revenue indicators, to assess the success of implemented initiatives & develop actionable insights with recommendations to optimize monetization efforts across core services and ICT (Information & Communication Technology) offerings
- Strategic Monetization Initiatives: Identify and drive new campaigns for revenue growth through strategic initiatives, leveraging data analytics, market insights, customer behavior trends
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and product teams to align on revenue objectives, ensuring seamless execution and consistent messaging for customer value enhancement initiatives
YOUR SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer value management / Marketing or similar role within the telecom, ICT, services sectors
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
- Familiarity with customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and bundled product offerings
- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in German and English, French and or Italian is a plus
