We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Specialist who will assist our customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. This is a hands-on opportunity to improve financial systems in one of Europe's most exciting Bitcoin companies.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through solutions in a clear and friendly way.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and escalate when needed.
- Contribute to improving support processes, FAQs, and internal documentation.
- Act as a voice of the customer by reporting recurring issues and suggesting improvements.
What You Bring
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- German language skills are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple requests, and stay organized under pressure.
- Interest in Bitcoin and AI is a plus.
