We’re looking for a versatile and data-driven marketing professional who can lead strategic growth initiatives and build our brand in both local and international markets, with a special focus on Asian and Chinese clients.

Your Role

As our Business Development & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for both strategic business growth and multi-channel brand activation, with a strong focus on attracting and retaining international clientele.

You will lead the development of new revenue channels, identify and execute business growth opportunities, develop international partnerships, manage cross-platform marketing efforts, and ensure that our brand, content, and customer experience are aligned with Swisskin’s premium standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Strategic Growth

● Lead strategic initiatives to drive clinic growth, market expansion, and revenue development, both locally and internationally

● Identify and execute business opportunities in target segments

● Build and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as hotels, tourism agencies, influencers, and medical providersAnalyze the competitive landscape and emerging client needs to guide innovation and differentiation

● Support planning for new product launches, service line extensions, and geographic expansionConduct regular market analysis and client insights reporting to guide decision-making

Marketing Strategy & Performance

● Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, print, in-clinic, and partner channels

● Plan and manage omnichannel campaigns (Google, Meta, WeChat, Instagram, 小红书/RED) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and client acquisition

● Oversee website management, SEO, landing page development, and ongoing content optimization

● Lead event marketing efforts, including seasonal campaigns, brand activations, and pop-up events

● Execute marketing automation, CRM segmentation, and performance tracking using platforms such as HubSpot, CMS, and analytics toolsMonitor and report on KPIs, customer behavior, and ROI to support data-informed decision-making

Partnerships & CRM

● Work closely with clinical, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment between brand promise and service delivery

● Manage external business collaborations with partners and brands, including co-branded campaigns and cross-promotional activities that increase visibility and trust among target audiences.

● Develop, manage, and evaluate client relationship strategies for both local and international segments

● Engage with VIP and Chinese-speaking clients, supporting a personalized, premium customer experience

● Leverage CRM insights and customer feedback to refine marketing and business development strategies

Brand, Content & Creative Direction

● Own the creation and localization of high-quality content in Chinese and English across all digital and promotional platforms

● Collaborate on visual and campaign design to maintain a consistent brand identity

● Manage promotional materials, event activations, and merchandising to support seasonal initiatives and launchesServe as a brand ambassador, ensuring the highest standards of aesthetic and cultural alignment across markets

What We’re Looking For

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field

● 3+ years of experience in business development, marketing, strategic planning, or CRM roles in international organizations; experience in the healthcare, hospitality, or wellness sectors is a plus

● Proven track record in executing business growth strategies, supporting business development, and identifying new market opportunities

● Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze market trends, and make data-driven decisions

● Advanced expertise in CRM, email marketing, SEO, campaign tracking, and data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta, HubSpot, CMS)

● Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media channels; expertise in Chinese social media required (WeChat, 小红书/RED, TikTok, etc.)

● Excellent communicator with a client-focused mindset and understanding of international customer needs and behaviors; experience in direct customer service or client-facing roles is required

● Strong experience working with international clientele, particularly in the Chinese-speaking market

● Proficiency in content creation and design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is mandatory

● Proven ability to build partnerships, lead brand collaborations, and manage stakeholder relationships

● Previous startup or entrepreneurial experience is a strong advantage

● Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to lead projects in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary teams

Language Requirements

● Native-level Chinese (Mandarin)

● Fluent in English

● German is an asset

● Additional Asian languages (e.g., Korean, Japanese) are a plus
