Role purpose
As an Atlassian Technical Consultant at Eficode, you will help clients optimise their software development and collaboration workflows using Atlassian tools like Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. With your deep technical expertise and strategic mindset, you’ll provide tailored solutions and drive the integration of these tools with other enterprise systems, such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
You’ll collaborate with clients to understand their needs and implement best practices to maximize efficiency and scalability. In this role, you will work on complex, high-impact projects, continuously learning and sharing knowledge. Your contributions will help organizations transform into agile, software-driven enterprises, while also advancing your career in a dynamic, growth-focused environment at Eficode.
Role responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include (but won’t be limited to):
- Work closely with customers providing expert guidance on Atlassian product implementations and customizations
- Use your skills to tailor solutions for Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian products
- Lead and/or participate in complex implementations of ITSM and DevOps solutions in large and mid-sized organizations
- Design and implement integrations between Atlassian tools and other enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or other enterprise systems
- Collaborate with a team of experienced Atlassian specialists to solve technical challenges and drive best practices for customers
- Be an Atlassian certified expert with the skills to support and implement best-in-class solutions
Success factors
You will make a great match for this role if you have:
- Experience as a consultant (internal or external) related to the Atlassian Platform and well established apps
- Experience in Atlassian on-premise to cloud migrations
- Technical background, with experience in scripting, automation, and/or systems integration or system development in general
- Understanding of ITIL practices or experience from ITSM organisations
- Understanding of Agile practices or ways of working
- Understanding of related tools (for instance GitHub, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket or others) and the enterprise tooling landscape as a whole
- Experience in Linux administration, SQL databases such as PostgrSQL, MySQl and MS-SQL
- Knowledge of infrastructure topics such as Active Directory, ADFS, SSL, SND, Reverse Proxy, Storage, and Networking
- Language skills - English (fluent) and German (at least basic)
Desired skills and qualifications:
It would be an added bonus if you have:
- Experience working in or leading projects and technical implementations
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Atlassian certifications, accreditations or badges

Location
This role will be based in Zürich, Switzerland and will have a hybrid/ remote working model with ideally 1-2 days a week in the office but we can be flexible for the right candidate.
