Your contribution to KPMG:
- Provide support and guidance for the processing of equity and incentive award payroll calculations and instructions, utilising our advanced, flexible platform
- Ensure all activities are compliant with payroll regulations and service level agreements, whilst driving continuous improvement and maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction
- Lead the strategic coordination of information exchange between KPMG member firms, ensuring our data is perpetually current, precise, and relevant
- Enforce the highest standards of service quality by guaranteeing the delivery of accurate data to clients within specified timelines
- Serve as the principal contact for client interactions, provide unparalleled support, manage and maintain relationships with third-party vendors to foster efficient service delivery
- Lead the ongoing development and testing of our market-leading tool, ensuring it remains aligned with the evolving demands of our clients
- Lead and support global marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility and facilitating the acquisition of new clients
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their professional growth and contributing to their career development
This is what makes you successful:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree required
- Proficiency in English, German is a plus
- Precise and results-orientated approach with a strong service orientation and a high affinity for numbers
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously whilst effectively leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities to tackle complex challenges and devise impactful solutions
- Understanding of income tax and payroll legislation regarding incentive compensation across multiple jurisdictions, ideally including at least two of the following: the United States, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting or tax services
