Global Value Solutions is integral in owning all Global Products and Solutions (GPS) shoring strategies; a model of global collaboration designed to create business capacity, increase operational flexibility, drive growth, and achieve cost effective scale. GPS operates across functions and locations and the Global Value Solutions team ensures the enablement of each function with the best footprint.We are looking to extend our team with a driven, hands-on team member who can support the us in driving the global strategy for GPS, enable change and support the team in Zurich, India and Singapore.
YOUR CHALLENGE
Support our mission to expand the team in India, understand the Global Value Solutions roadmap and manage stakeholders across GPS to enable the global footprint
Offer guidance on developing a People Development plan for GPS India in collaboration with GPS Head India. You will strongly work with GPS Engagement & Communication team
Help to establish Target Operating Model
Offer guidance on GPS talent market assessments on skill sets and talent pools for global locations (not only India)
Prepare management presentations, documentation and intranet representation for various committees and create and maintain documentation packages and intranet for Global Value Solutions
Coordinate technical discussions to ensure accessibility in all relevant locations
Facilitate regular exchange with a broad network of stakeholders throughout the entire bank to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, drive change in the interest of business and ensure IT can support our roadmap
YOUR PROFILE
You possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in the industry.
As a highly motivated and organised individual, you are capable of managing your workload effectively, driving change initiatives, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously whilst meeting deadlines and delivering results
You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications
A strong understanding of the financial sector, combined with relevant experience, is essential for success in this role
With a client-centric approach, you are adept at balancing strategic thinking with attention to detail, demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive mindset
Excellent collaborative skills are required, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment incl. stakeholder management skills
Experience of studying or working in diverse cultural settings is considered an asset
A technical aptitude, enabling you to engage in discussions about platform developments with subject matter experts, is also necessary
Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable
