AREA SALES MANAGER – TRAVEL RETAIL EUROPE

The Area Sales Manager role at Coty offers unmatched global exposure and strategic impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Area Sales Manager – Travel Retail Europe, you are responsible for Sales Growth, P&L Management, Retail Excellence.
You will lead the commercial strategy and execution across Travel Retail Europe, driving revenue growth, optimizing P&L performance, and ensuring in-store excellence through strategic planning, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration
Your main focus :
Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution
Manage promotional activities and animation plans with retailers
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners
Analyze P&L and optimize profitability across accounts
Ensure flawless execution of business plans in-store
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and merchandising teams.

The team consists of 3 Area Sales Managers, 1 Area Field Manager, and is directly reporting to a Key Account Manager Travel Retail. You will work closely with departments such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and In-Store Design. All your colleagues are dynamic, results-driven, and passionate about beauty retail. YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to drive commercial success and build strong client relationships. As an experienced Area Sales Manager, you work strategically and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. Other than that, you:
Have a first experience in Travel Retail, including account management and commercial negotiation
Demonstrate a proven track record of revenue growth through effective commercial strategies
Understand and analyze P&L, business KPIs, and financial performance
Master Excel and have strong analytical skills to interpret commercial data
Communicate with impact and manage diverse stakeholders across functions and cultures
