Responsibilities:
- Execute all administrative and organizational tasks arising from research, management, and teaching activities on behalf of the Geneva-based Constructor collaborators.
- Manage the organizational aspects of teaching responsibilities, including class scheduling, materials preparation, and coordination of student – related activities.
- Assist in the coordination of various management tasks, such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized records.
- Maintain a proactive approach to problem solving and demonstrate the ability to handle unexpected challenges with resilience.
- Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information related to research, management, and teaching activities.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, supporting the overall mission and goals of Constructor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within an academic or research environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and French.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving responsibilities and tasks.
- Familiarity with academic and research process is a plus.
