Your tasks
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Student Assistant to join the EMBA HSG Marketing and Talent Acquisition team. As a Student Assistant, you will be supporting our Talent Acquisition team in various tasks, such as candidates communication, data entry, and administrative support. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in recruitment and marketing within a dynamic and collaborative work environment:
- Assist in managing candidate inquiries and providing timely and accurate information about our programes.
- Input and update candidate information and interactions in our CRM system.
- Manage and organise various documents, ensuring accuracy and easy accessibility.
- Perform essential administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and communication support.
- Assist with record-keeping and maintaining organised files.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our office operations support in the planning and execution of digital and on-campus events;
Your profile
- Bachelor or Master student at HSG
- Excellent command of German and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good multimedia and/or graphic design skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Global mindset, international experience desirable
