Job Description
As part of the Talent Acquisition & Development team, you will help shape and implement our Talent Management strategy to:
- create meaningful development and growth opportunities for all our Talents.
- Ensure robust and sustainable succession planning.
- Anticipate future skills, knowledge and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support the overall deployment of the AP Talent Development strategy;
- Lead the planning and execution of Talent reviews with the HRBPs, and Talent Champions worldwide: preparation, communication, training, committee facilitation;
- Support the business in identifying our Talents and contributing to the implementation of personalized programs;
- Collaborate with the Learning and C&B teams to activate specific development plans: internal mobility, assessment, coaching, mentoring etc.;
- Implement and track KPIs to measure the impact of the Talent initiatives;
- Stay current with best practices in Talent development and integrate them in our approach;
- Partner with Managers and global HR community to co-create succession plans and tailored development paths.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a similar function with good knowledge of Talent processes and change management;
- Higher education in Human Resources or a related field;
- Proven ability to drive individual and organizational development;
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills;
- Strategic thinking with results-oriented mindset;
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, additional language are a plus;
- Proficiency in digital tools (HRIS, talent platforms).
