Supply Chain Manager (f/m/d)
Verantwortlichkeiten & Qualifikationen:- Ensure alignment between monthly/annual plans and operational execution through effective Master and Facility Planning, balancing short-term actions with long-term goals.
- Act as the primary interface with the local finance team for all topics related to metal cost, logistics, and inventory valuation.
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 8 employees, fostering continuous learning, engagement, and accountability.
- Guide the team in applying supply chain principles to optimize customer service, working capital, productivity, cost efficiency, and metal yield.
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain of the value stream, ensuring service levels are met safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound metal flows, including external warehouses, to guarantee timely and adequate material supply aligned with the production plan.
- Optimize production scheduling to maximize output while meeting service level and cost objectives; provide clear direction in case of deviations or overperformance.
- Manage the maintenance schedule to ensure accurate capacity planning across the manufacturing network; monitor and justify plant OEE as part of capacity modeling.
- Serve as the plant’s key representative in IT-related initiatives, supporting digital improvement projects and systems integration.
How to convince us:
- BAA in administration, supply chain, engineering or any other relevant field
- 5 to 7 years of plant relevant experience plus planning / scheduling exposure
- Analytical, IT knowledgeable especially with ERP and MES systems
- Strong communication skills oral and written
- Leadership skills demonstrated in matrix environment
- Fluency in English and French, German a strong advantage
