Within Roche Diagnostics Solutions, in the Clinical Development & Medical Affairs department, we are seeking an experienced Scientific Communications Lead to focus on Infection & Immunity. In this role, you will lead the planning and development of effective scientific communication for data generated from Roche DIA studies, working closely with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate brings expertise in medical or scientific communications within diagnostics, combined with strong project management and strategic publication planning experience.
You define and execute publication strategies with cross-functional input, ensuring timely delivery and alignment.
You lead collaboration across scientific communications teams, organize and drive meetings, and develop content to align communication plans.
You manage the end-to-end publication process, including review, tracking, and compliance with publication management tools and standards.
You ensure internal communication around published and presented work, including announcements and spotlight summaries.
You engage with external healthcare professionals, medical communication agencies, and internal experts to provide scientific input and advice.
You contribute to company educational events for HCPs and support the creation of impactful medical content tailored to diverse audiences.
You have a Master’s, PhD, PharmD or MD in Biomedical Sciences (advanced degree preferred).
You have proven experience in medical communications or publications management, ideally in diagnostics.
You have strong knowledge of Good Publication Practice and ICMJE guidelines; CMPP certification is a plus.
You have a solid understanding of the diagnostics industry and regulatory environment.
You have demonstrated success in strategic publication planning.
You have excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
You have native-level English proficiency with outstanding writing and editing skills.
