As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues, ensuring a warm welcome and providing efficient support to facilitate smooth daily operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Executive members (25%)
- Working closely with the Office Manager to build a quality environment, and well-being
- Ensuring the Geneva office is always presentable and operational (follow up repairs, prepare meetings rooms, etc)
- Liaising with external service providers (e.g., electrician, cleaning staff, technical maintenance, DHL)
- Overseeing deliveries and office supplies, including orders and inventory management
- Monitoring and recording petty cash payments
- Supporting the onboarding of newcomers and providing an office tour
- Planning and organizing social events and afterwork gatherings
- Organizing and coordinating both internal and external meetings
- Acting as back-up of Executive Assistants during absences
- Manage errands and purchases for the Executive Board, including organizing and handling Christmas gifts, birthday gifts, and other required items
- Booking train tickets for Geneva and Pully offices and back-up our international travel Specialist
- Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Interfacing with the IT department for all equipment requests Managing diverse tasks (business cards, etc.)

Your profile
- Proven experience (minimum 12 years) in Front Office or Reception within a high-end environment. Previous experience in the hospitality sector is a strong asset
- University degree or CFC in Commercial Business (or equivalent)
- Fluent in French and English; German would be a plus
- Impeccable presentation, discreet and confidentiality are a must
- Someone creative who likes organizing events
- Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
- Warm personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and remain effective under pressure
