Profile
You are a student or have graduated in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Events Management and you have an interest in working in Life Sciences Marketing or you have some previous experience in a similar role , including positions in Marketing or event organization.
- Assist with the organization and execution of scientific conferences, webinars, local seminars, and roadshows
- Help to create and maintain marketing and promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital tools
- Be responsible for marketing materials stock and support logistics for global conferences
- Attend some events and assist in promoting of the company and products as well as the setup and breakdown of event materials
- Support the coordination of events logistics, including registration, travel, and accommodation for attendees
- Track performance of activities and report on KPIs and ROI
- Support budget tracking and reporting
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the events organization process
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or Event Management
- Strong organizational skills and fast learner
- Demonstrated team player that is also comfortable working independently
- Some experience using tools such as Adobe CC Suite, Canva, HubSpot and SharePoint is a strong plus
- Previous experience in the Life Sciences industry is a strong plus
- Fluency in English is a must. Any other European language is a plus
