We’re Hiring: Event Manager (Hands-On Role)
The Goodlife Coffee is looking for a dynamic and proactive Event Manager to join our team! This is not just a planning role you’ll organize, attend, and actively work at events, bringing The Goodlife Coffee experience to life.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and secure new event opportunities to showcase The Goodlife Coffee.
- Plan and manage events from start to finish, including setup and breakdown.
- Be hands-on during events, serving coffee, engaging with guests, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
- Manage event inventory, supplies, and promotional materials.
- Maintain an event calendar and provide post-event reports.
- Act as a brand ambassador, creating memorable experiences for our customers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in event management or coordination (required).
- Barista or coffee experience is a strong plus we want someone who can represent our coffee culture!
- Energetic, hands-on, and comfortable working during events (evenings/weekends included).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative thinker with an eye for promotional opportunities.
- A driver’s license (preferred) for event logistics is a plus.
