The ideal candidate is someone with experience with babies and toddlers, assist with the household chores and prepare simple family meals, especially for the children.
Start Date: September 2025
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 45 hours per week.
- The older child attends Kita 4 days a week from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
- Working hours are based around family needs; occasional flexibility required.
- Mother will be on maternity leave for 5 months starting in December
- The live-in condition can be 5 or 7 days a week.
- Morning and evening routines for the toddler and, eventually, the baby
- Support with infant care as needed, particularly after maternity leave
- Housekeeping: laundry, ironing, general tidiness.
- Preparing simple but healthy meals
- Occasional travel with the family (around 2 or 3 weeks per year)
- Occasional extra evening babysitting
- No pets in the home
- This is a long-term position, ideal for someone looking for stability and a close relationship with the family
- The family speaks at home English, Ukrainian and Italian.
- Swiss/EU passport or Swiss work permit
- Experience working in the same role, taking care of babies and toddlers
- Letters of recommendation or job certificates that we can validate
- Available to start in September
- Fluency in English
- Competent, patient, with a can-do attitude
- Trustworthy, discreet and respectful personality
- Cooking skills for healthy and nutritious children's meals
- Clean criminal record
