The Group Talent and Learning Manager, reports to the Global Head of talent Management, and is part of the Global “Grow Leadership team”. This is a time when the Global Talent Management organization is leading a transformation and this pivotal role combines strategic leadership, data insights and innovative Talent management. You will influence comprehensive talent management strategies, ensure global Talent alignment, and oversee EMEA Talent Process & Lifecycle support. We are looking for someone passionate about people leadership, data analytics, project management, and operational excellence.
Your role
- Lead global, change management projects that strive to shape the future of the organization, deliver operational excellence and a seamless Talent experience for team members across their talent lifecycle, driving adoption of practices across all levels and monitoring KPI to track progress
- Design and scale global talent practices and succession, by strengthening readiness profiles, aligning development with business capability needs, and creating consistency in how talent decisions are made across the organization.
- Coordinate the enterprise-wide talent review process, succession planning, and leadership pipeline strategies, driving adoption and fostering best practice sharing
- Coordinate the L&D practice with processes ownership, identifying programs review needs with specific focus on Graduate program management.
- Data-Driven Decision Support: Provide executive insights and data-backed recommendations to guide talent planning and organizational effectiveness. Use performance analytics and platforms (e.g., Sap SuccessFactors) to deliver insights on talent strategies.
- Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with the Talent Leadership team, Talent BPs, Straumann leaders and 3rd party partners
Your story
- You bring 10+ years of experience leading teams across HR , experience in talent management, talent strategy, and leadership development
- You have experience in leading change of processes and policies in a complex matrix, able to spot opportunities for process enhancement, prioritizing user experience and understanding data quality.
- Excellent data analysis skills to understand business requirements and build relevant data / reporting sets to tell the underlying narrative. Ideally you have experience with SAP Success Factor platform
- You have excellent project management skills; You are resourceful, flexible and know where your time delivers the highest impact
- You seek to solve problems creatively and you don’t necessarily stop at the most obvious answer
- You enjoy thinking outside the box and partnering with team colleagues to identify solutions
- You are a skilled communicator and able to effectively illustrate the value of the benefits offered
- You are skilled at navigating the polarity of global and regional, you know when global alignment is key and when regional autonomy is best
- You know when process and structure can be used as an enabler of innovation
