Reporting directly to the Financial Planning Director, the FP&A Manager will drive and supervise profitability and target achievement for Region 2 (EMEA) assuring correct KPIs setting, monthly tracking and monitoring by channel, country and product category.
Her/His focus will cover both P&L (Sales, Margins and Expenses) and BS (Inventory) developing and maintaining financial models, creating internal reports to provide analytical and data-driven insights to support the company’s decision-making process.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Oversee the Planning Sessions for Region 2: produce, review, analyse and report all financial submissions (Long Range Plan, Budget and Forecast)
- Prepare monthly Forecast reporting to Corporate and all gaps analysis
- Prepare P&L, Margin and Inventory monthly management book for Corporate
- Create KPIs assuring monthly correct reporting and presentation to the Executive team
- Support FP&A Director in driving forecasts and budgets, identifying drivers of variance and providing explanations to management
- Collaborate in close connection with senior management and other departments to align financial plans with overall business objectives
- Prepare monthly reviews and meetings with countries
Requirements
- Economical degree
- At least 8 years of experience in a financial position. Preferred qualified with an experience in a multinational retail or wholesale fashion environment
- IT skills (Excel - Powerpoint - JDE - HFM - Stealth - Microstrategy)
- Fluently spoken and written English language
- Knowledge of consolidated accounting principles and concepts, ideally with some US GAAP experience
- Well organized, self-motivated, focused on meeting deadlines and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment
- Adaptive mindset, critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Possess strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Excellent analytical approach, tactical awareness, and strong interpersonal skills
- Established analytical and project management ability
- Experience in FP&A Systems implementation considered a plus
- Capability to work under strict, short deadlines
