As our Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to both our CEO and our HR Lead, ensuring smooth operations across leadership and HR. This is a hybrid role that combines executive support, administration, and HR coordination, making you an essential partner in our fast-moving startup environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide daily support to the CEO including scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action points.
- Assist with HR administration such as contracts, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Assist in organizing company events, offsites, and team retreats.
- Facilitate clear and timely communication across leadership, teams, and partners.
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in executive assistance, administration, HR support, or similar roles.
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives in dynamic environments.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written) is a must.
- Startup or scale-up experience is highly preferred.
