As Employee Engagement Manager, you will play an important role in supporting Swiss Re's Business Units and the transformation journey of the Group, and are helping to facilitate culture change across the organisation. You will bring fresh ideas, a flair for storytelling, and an appetite to utilise various tools and formats to create engaging communications material.
The role is a maternity cover for 7-8 months, ideally starting 1 November 2025.
About the Role
- Works within the Group Business team, and plays an important role in supporting the company's Business Unit communication.
- Plans, implements, monitors and measures communication activities.
- Creates high-quality and engaging content in English – e.g. articles, blogs, videos, interviews for a variety of channels
- Aligns communication content with internal stakeholders
- Helps organize internal events such as townhalls to align employees with transformation initiatives
- Publishes content on digital channels and oversees production of video and other visual content

About You
We see the ideal candidate has a strong background in communications in ideally in internal, change or digital communication, in a corporate or agency environment. Additionally, it is essential to have appetite and to apply new tools, formats and strategies. You have:
- A Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent in Communications, Change Management, Marketing or Journalism
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Communications
- Strong storytelling, writing and editing capabilities
- Strong conceptual, planning and project management skills
- Stamina and persistence to pursue new ideas
- Proficient English skills – speaking and writing
- Creative, open to new ideas – and able to pursue these independently
- A collaborative, engaging, fun team player
- Energetic and flexible
- A good listener, able to quickly grasp complex processes
- Proactive, confident, with high integrity
- Client-, service- and solution-minded
- Digital/social media savvy
