About the role

Appfire is looking for a Director, Corporate Social Responsibility to design, launch, and scale a modern, high-impact CSR function.
Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will architect a modern CSR strategy rooted in our values, business mission, and the evolving expectations of employees, customers, partners, and investors..

Your scope includes launching and scaling programs in volunteering, charitable giving, ESG reporting (including carbon accounting), DEI, community impact, and education initiatives with a focus on supporting the communities where we live and work. You will lead and grow a small but committed CSR team (currently 2 FTEs), and collaborate cross-functionally across People, Marketing, Legal, Product, and Executive teams to embed CSR into our operations, culture, and brand.

As a senior leader, you will be a visible steward of our company values and culture, demonstrating integrity, accountability, and service through your work. You will lead by example and inspire others to contribute to a more inclusive and sustainable future.

This is an ideal role for someone who has built CSR programs in a fast-paced company or nonprofit environment and wants to shape a legacy of impact.
