Position Summary
As a Customer Supply Chain Engagement Intern, you will be responsible for supporting various initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement and supply chain efficiency.
A Day in the Life of a Customer Supply Chain Engagement Intern
- Support the coordination of the 2025 Customer Centricity Awards
- Redesign the Home of Customer Centricity to better meet the needs of the Customer Supply Chain Community through the Viva Engage platform
- Help orchestrate the Customer Supply Chain Strategy by contributing to the development of learning, training, and onboarding content in GROW
- Contribute to upskilling the Customer Supply Chain and Corporate Operations teams by providing insights on Digital, AI, and Engagement platforms
What will make you successful
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, or recently graduated from a business school or any other relevant field
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated digital savviness and curiosity
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exposure to supply chain concepts would be an advantage
- Proficiency in English
