About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Demand & Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team. This is a key role that ensures our production and inventory planning aligns with business goals, customer needs, and supply capabilities.
You’ll be responsible for driving the forecasting process, optimizing supply and inventory strategies, and facilitating the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) cycle, working closely with cross-functional teams across the organization. Your insights will have direct impact on operational performance and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Responsibilities
- Lead demand forecasting: Host monthly forecast meetings, challenge sales projections, and adjust forecasts based on trends and market intelligence.
- Plan mid-to-long term supply: Build and update production and sourcing plans to optimize manpower, capacity, and resources.
- Inventory risk management: Evaluate slow-moving or obsolete stock; collaborate with sales to define proactive solutions.
- S&OP process: Prepare and present supply chain data to enable strategic decision-making on labor, equipment, and production alignment.
- Business risk assessment: Identify and escalate key risks to leadership; play an active role in shaping mitigation strategies.
- Plan execution: Align weekly execution with S&OP plans, manage production and raw material procurement, and maintain stock targets.
- Order fulfillment: Ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery while optimizing inventory levels.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Build strong working relationships across functions (Sales, Production, Procurement, etc.).
- Foster a collaborative and solution-oriented team environment.
Your Profile
Experience & Education
- Minimum 3 years in a similar supply chain planning role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid experience in demand planning, inventory control, production, and procurement.
Skills

- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving problems.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Highly adaptable, resilient, and action-oriented.
- Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency is a must.
- Strong data analysis skills: ability to manipulate large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Familiarity with APS systems is a plus.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English required; French strongly appreciated.
