HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
You have full responsibility for managing complex customer projects in the area of railway automation (CBTC, ATO, C-DAS, collision warning systems)
You ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget and in accordance with the contract
You are responsible for the customer management and the communication with partners, suppliers, authorities and other stakeholders
You lead and coordinate an interdisciplinary team from all departments along the value chain
You represent the customer project internally (regularly management reviews) and motivate the project members sustainably
You develop innovative solutions together with the team in order to meet technical and non-technical customer requirements
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
You have the passion to realise highly innovative and fascinating railway automation projects
You have completed a higher technical education (University, FH or HF), ideally with further education in business administration
You have several years of experience in managing customer projects, ideally in the area of signalling technologies, or other relevant project experience in the railway industry
You are familiar with the current developments in the field of automation technology in the railway industry
You communicate not only in German on a full professional proficiency level a but also in English (level C1 in written and spoken language)
You enjoy business travel (< 10% travel activity)
