To strengthen our innovative F&B team, we are looking for you as a dynamic and motivated Commis de Rang in our Lobby Bar for the coming winter season 2025/2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a station in the Kempinski Bar & Lobby during early and late shifts
- Serving food and beverages
- Preparing cocktails and long drinks
- Cashier duties (Micros system)
- Opening the bar
- Daily mise en place and various cleaning tasks
- Participating in weekly training sessions
- Working in accordance with Kempinski standards
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Completed training in a comparable hotel and initial professional experience in upscale gastronomy.
- Resilience, tidiness and a very high level of quality awareness.
- Structured and organised way of working.
- Keen interest in team-oriented work.
- Your motto is to be a perfect and charming host to every guest.
- Very good German and English skills are a prerequisite. Basic knowledge of another foreign language is desirable
