To strengthen our innovative F&B team, we are looking for you as a dynamic and motivated Chef de Rang for the upcoming winter season 2025/2026 for the opening of our Greek restaurant Neora.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising guests on their choice of food and drinks
- Selling and recommending selected wines
- Welcoming and looking after guests
- Various checkout activities (Micros system)
- Daily mise en place work
- Running your own evening service station
- Serving food and drinks
- Participating in weekly training courses
- Working to Kempinski standards
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Completed training in a comparable hotel and several years of extensive professional experience in upscale gastronomy
- Ability to work under pressure, orderliness and very high quality awareness
- Structured and organised way of working
- Great interest in team-oriented work
- Your motto is to be a perfect and amiable host to every guest
- You are happy to take responsibility for the guests and employees entrusted to you and are happy to pass on your specialist knowledge to younger colleagues
- Very good knowledge of German and English is a prerequisite. Basic knowledge of another foreign language is desirable
