To strengthen our creative culinary team, we are looking for you as a motivated and dynamic Chef de Partie to open our Greek restaurant Neora from the coming winter season 2025/2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Organising the kitchen post
- Preparing food, drinks, materials and equipment for service
- Cooking and serving dishes
- Instructing cooks, kitchen assistants and stewards
- Cleaning and preparing the work area
- Conducting training courses
- Assisting with development meetings
- Ensuring correct on boarding into the company
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Completed training as a chef and several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy in a comparable position
- First experience in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine
- Excellent product knowledge of Greek cuisine
- Professional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as very high quality awareness
- Structured and organised way of working
- Great interest in team-oriented work
- Very good knowledge of German and English
