This program is for students who identify as women from all disciplines, starting from the 3rd Bachelor’s semester onwards. We’re also looking for strong academic achievement with great communication skills, drive, passion, and the energy to solve problems.
Applications for the Swiss True North Scholarship are now open.

Applying to True North Scholarship offers you the opportunity to receive:
- A CHF10,000 scholarship
- A Bain mentor to provide guidance and access to a vast professional network
- An associate consultant intern offer with Bain Switzerland during your studies
- Online trainings and (interview) coaching
To be eligible to apply for the True North Scholarship you must identify as woman, and meet the following criteria:
- You must have completed at least your first year of a bachelor's degree – preferably at a Swiss university
- Your anticipated graduation date should be no earlier than the summer of 2026
- Swiss citizen or permanent resident/work permit

- CV including grades
- University transcripts & high school diploma
