Job Description
We are in an exciting and transformative phase, strengthening our organizational structure with new functions at our headquarters. We are currently looking for a Transfer Price Manager to establish a global system with all the necessary tools.
This role involves:
- Transforming the group transfer price function into an operational value-flow based approach.
- Collaborating with the Corporate Tax Manager to envision and deploy a new operating model for transfer pricing across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement transfer pricing policies and procedures.
- Conduct transfer pricing analysis and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with international transfer pricing regulations.
- Provide strategic advice on transfer pricing matters to senior management.
- Coordinate with external advisors and tax authorities.
- Monitor and manage transfer pricing risks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in transfer pricing.
- Experience in setting up or managing structural change projects is an advantage.
- Full proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Hands-on, can-do attitude combined with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
