Technician or Research Associate Cell Biology 100%

In this position, you will contribute to drive Numab’s projects towards lead candidate selection and pre-clinical development stage. You will be responsible for designing, executing and analyzing cellular assays to characterize antibody-based mono-, bi- and multi-specific therapeutic molecules.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cellular assays (e.g. reporter gene assays, flow cytometry-based assays, proliferation assays, PBMCs assays, etc.) to screen and characterize therapeutic antibody candidates
• Generation of high-quality data in cellular assay systems to enable the progressing of Numab’s discovery projects
• Presentation of experimental results within team meetings and company presentations
• Work closely with team members and across research functions to outline next steps and support discovery project teams to move pipeline projects forward
• General organization of the laboratories, evaluation and acquisition of equipment and consumables
  
  

Ideal Candidates Will Have

• Completed an apprenticeship as a laboratory technician with several years of experience or a higher education in biology, (bio-)chemistry or pharmaceutical sciences
• Industry experience in drug discovery and demonstrated expertise in developing, executing and validating cellular assays
• Initiative, problem solving skills, self-motivation and curiosity
• Highly accurate and team-oriented working style paired with a high sense of quality
• Ability to work on diverse tasks independently
• Refined computer user skills (Windows, MS Office) and excellent communication skills
• Experience in programming (e.g. R or Python) as well as lab automation is a plus
