Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with program or project management activities.
- Experience with software development and managing execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams and product areas.
- Experience driving artificial intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) programs.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience working in technical programs or projects close to engineering teams.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and delivering process improvements, including automating previously manual processes.
- Experience in managing and launching projects with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft executive communications and articulate program status.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple interdependent projects.
