Located at Zürichstrasse 24, Decathlon Bienne store offers a vast assortment of products for over 30 sports. Its bilingual team provides a wide range of services, such as workshop repairs, equipment rentals (ski/snowboard, bikes), a "Second Life" program for used items and 1-hour Click & Collect. Your Responsibilities: - Define the best product offering adapted to the needs of our Swiss customers through the commercial policy. - Manage your profit and loss account and inventory. - Develop and manage your resources autonomously. - Recruit, lead, and develop your team by fostering the autonomy of each team member. - Ensure the satisfaction of your customers through your service policy. - Drive your business through commercial operations, local partnerships, and your network of sports enthusiasts.
